This project represents a successful synthesis between form and function that draws from the leitmotif of energy saving and the resulting reduction of managing costs. The building presentsthe prospects north-east and north-west, fully glazed by use of a”double skin” or dual transparent surface with a gap of 80cm, which allows the air to heat in winter months and cool in the summer thanks to thesparking of a current flow through automatedgrids.
